How to use the confirmation voucher?

Booking Confirmation: After purchasing your voucher, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Show Your Voucher: On the day of your adventure, present your printed or mobile voucher at the check-in counter. Arrive on Time: Make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride. Note: Please bring a valid ID for verification if required.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Once confirmed, the tour cannot be cancelled or rescheduled or no refund will be provided. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. Customers will have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Do I need to have prior flight experience?

Can I bring a camera?

yes. However, it is recommended to use a safe belt to avoid losing it during flight.
