The standard check-in and check-out time of hotels are 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively. Hotels can ask you for a security deposit. This amount varies from hotel to hotel. You can either pay using your Credit card to hold a certain amount as a guarantee against incidentals, if incurred. Alternately a cash payment can be made on check-in as a deposit. This is basically as a security for any incidentals if incurred and released subject to payment settled at the time of check-out. It is recommended that you take insurance to cover you during your travel, medical expenses in case of an accident/illness, loss of baggage/passport/personal effects, etc. It is responsibility of passengers to ensure that their passports and visas are valid for travel.
