This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Navigans Voyages Private Limited (“Navigans”, “we”, “our”) delivers travel-related documents, services, and communication to its customers.
This applies to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, email, agents, or partner channels.
1. Modes Of Delivery
Navigans provides two types of delivery:
a. Digital Delivery (Primary Method) — FREE
Most travel documents are delivered digitally, including:
- E-tickets
- Hotel vouchers
- Booking confirmations
- Invoices & receipts
- Itineraries
- Tour vouchers
- Travel guidelines
Documents are delivered through:
- SMS
- Mobile app (if applicable)
Digital delivery is instant once the booking is confirmed by the supplier.
b.Physical Delivery (Optional) — Chargeable
For customers who require hard copies, Navigans may courier physical documents such as:
- Printed itineraries
- Travel confirmation letters
- Package documents
- Hard copy invoices (if required)
Applicable only for:
- Indien
- Oman
Physical delivery is optional and may involve courier charges based on location and selected service.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Digital Delivery
- Sent instantly or within 1–4 hours of booking confirmation
- Visa submissions, insurance copies, and special services may take additional time based on provider processing
2.2 Physical Delivery
Estimated delivery time:
- India: 3–7 working days
- Oman: 2–5 working days
- Remote locations: Additional 2–3 days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
3. Shipping Charges
Digital delivery
- Completely free of charge
Physical delivery
Charges depend on:
- Courier service selected
- Delivery location
- Number of documents
- Speed of delivery
Charges will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Lost, Damaged, Or Undelivered Shipments
4.1 Lost Shipments
If shipment is lost:
- Navigans will resend the documents at no additional cost
- Digital copies will always be provided immediately
4.2 Damaged Documents
If a document arrives damaged:
- Please report within 48 hours
- Replacement copies will be reissued free of cost
4.3 Undelivered Documents
If courier is unable to deliver:
- We will coordinate re-delivery with the courier
- Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Correct email address and mobile number are provided
- WhatsApp/email inbox is accessible
- Physical address is accurate and complete for courier delivery
Navigans is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect customer details
- Unreachable addresses
- Failure to receive digital documents due to email spam filters or full inboxes
6. Service Limitations
Navigans does not ship:
- Outside India or Oman
- Physical passports, original IDs, or government-issued documents
- Items unrelated to travel services
7. Policy Updates
Navigans may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
