2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full or partial payment (as applicable)
  • Receipt of an official confirmation from the supplier (airline/hotel/tour operator)

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Travellers must ensure all details provided (name, date of birth, passport number, travel dates, etc.) are accurate.
Any error may lead to:

  • Additional charges
  • Re-issuance fees
  • Booking denial

Navigans is not responsible for losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2.3 Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are subject to availability, supplier policies, currency fluctuations, tax changes, and market variations.
  • Quotes are valid only at the time of issuance.

2.4 Service Charges

All Navigans service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.

3. Travel Documents & Compliance

Travellers are responsible for:

  • A valid passport with required validity
  • Required visas and entry permits
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Vaccination and health certificates
  • Compliance with immigration, airline, and destination regulations

Navigans is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Visa rejection or delay
  • Denied entry or boarding
  • Missing mandatory documents
  • Expired or invalid passports

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by Traveller

All cancellations are subject to:

  • Airline/hotel/tour operator policies
  • Applicable penalty or cancellation charges
  • Navigans service charges

4.2 Refunds

Refunds:

  • Are processed only after the supplier releases the refund
  • Can take 7–21 working days depending on provider timelines
  • Are credited to the original payment method

No refunds for:

  • No-shows
  • Partially used tickets
  • Unused package components

4.3 Amendments

Date/time changes, route changes, names corrections, or upgrades:

  • Are subject to airline/hotel rules
  • May involve fare differences
  • Will incur service fees

5. Limitations Of Liability

Navigans is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
  • Baggage loss or delays
  • Political unrest, weather conditions, or natural calamities
  • Service failures by third-party suppliers
  • Errors from external websites or APIs
  • Loss of personal items during travel

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the value of the service purchased from us.

6. Use Of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Misuse or interfere with the platform
  • Copy, modify, or alter website content
  • Use automated systems or bots for data extraction

All content (logos, text, design) is the intellectual property of Navigans.

7. Force Majeure

Navigans shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government regulations
  • Strikes or labour disputes
  • Pandemic or epidemic situations
  • Technical failures beyond our control

Refunds in such cases will follow the respective provider’s policy.

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Lost baggage

  • Personal accidents
  • Travel delays

Claims must be raised directly with the insurance provider.
