SIC Tours Condition

• Kindly observe the given pick-up time, SIC tours are running based on fix timing & itinerary, guest might have to wait maximum 10 mins. Pick up is at the hotel lobby - 15 mins before the tour starts. The SIC tours are running based on fixed timing and fixed itinerary, there is no adjustment and flexibipty in terms of timing and places of visit. Guest's waiting time for pick up will be maximum 10 minutes at the hotel lobby. There will be other guests joining for the same tour, punctuapty is very important. If the guest misses the tour pick up, the vehicle will not turn back to hotel. SIC Transfers are available for pick up between 0730hrs – 2130hrs only. For other timings, private transfer charges are apppcable. Transfers are from point A to point B only Eg. Airport to the Hotel [ there will be no restaurant meal stop / visit stop] in between. Due to pmited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. The standard check-in and check-out time of hotels are 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively. Hotels can ask you for a security deposit. This amount varies from hotel to hotel. You can either pay using your Credit card to hold a certain amount as a guarantee against incidentals, if incurred. Alternately a cash payment can be made on check-in as a deposit. This is basically as a security for any incidentals if incurred and released subject to payment settled at the time of check-out. It is recommended that you take insurance to cover you during your travel, medical expenses in case of an accident/illness, loss of baggage/passport/personal effects, etc. It is responsibipty of passengers to ensure that their passports and visas are vapd for travel. Kindly contact the relevant Embassy or Consulate for same. Passport should be vapd at least 6 months beyond period of stay. Visa Note:- Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Pink Stone Travel and Tourism LLC can only faciptate in the entire process. We at The Navigans LLC shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges/fees shall be payable by the Cpent. There will be no refund, if the Cpents, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
